Julianne Garcia

Julianne (Jules) Garcia grew up in historical Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her maternal grandfather was from Kentucky. Her maternal grandmother was born and raised just north of New Mexico in Colorado. Her paternal grandparents were both from the local area and have traceable roots to the area dating back to the 1600’s. Ms. Garcia was raised and influenced by a large and diverse family (Spanish, Mexican, Native American, European, German, and English). With that diversity came exposure to many traditions and lifestyles as well as a wide range of different careers, including entrepreneurship, business professionals, and laborers. Her family encouraged her to experience and gain knowledge in a variety of fields, which equipped her with the skills necessary to be successful in her business endeavors.

Ms. Garcia joined the workforce at an early age. Her first five years of employment were spent in the food industry, from full dining experiences to the startup of a new restaurant that offered a unique food and beverage menu with a boutique shop feel.  This sparked Ms. Garcia's desire to own a small restaurant and becoming a small business owner.

Ms. Garcia made the decision to transition into the financial services industry for more career growth opportunities. Starting as a bank teller, she developed and strengthened her leadership abilities through engagements in learning and development training, and certification opportunities. Her work ethic was quickly recognized, giving her the opportunity to hold a position where she provided financial and business education to retail and small business clients. Ms. Garcia also earned numerous certifications and licenses, including ones to sell securities. She spent a total of eleven years in finance before exiting to start her first company, Julianne J Garcia Inc., a small business consulting firm. 

Since 2010, Ms. Garcia has been self-employed. Her business model has evolved over the years but continues to be rooted in offering small business consultation; helping businesses to enhance their knowledge in marketing strategies, increase their profitability, and strengthen their organizational culture. Through her personal experience and market research, she found that many small business owners, many being entrepreneurs, regardless of industry, benefit from a comprehensive review and professional guidance to meet their desired business goals. In 2012, she took on a client who owned and operated a chiropractic clinic.  It was while working with this client that she was introduced to the area of personal injury. Ms. Garcia quickly realized that this was a highly specialized market that needed organization and support, so she changed her focus to do that.

Over the last 10 years, Ms. Garcia has become a subject matter expert in personal injury case management by working and interacting with all the stakeholders in the industry. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of PI Back Office, a company that provides healthcare practitioners with business analysis, consultation, tools, and strategy planning to increase their revenue from personal injury cases while maintaining a stable financial business model. Through PI Back Office’s personal injury case management solutions, clinics decrease their reimbursement timeframe and increase their reimbursement amount for billed services. 

With the knowledge and expertise Ms. Garcia has in the personal injury field, and the understanding of the debilitating effects of auto injury, she opened a massage clinic in 2014 that focuses 100% on personal injury patients. In 2020 she merged her clinic with the same client who exposed her to the PI field, and they own and operate Accident & Injury Recovery Center, located Albuquerque, NM.

Having graduated from Liberty University with a degree in business, and certificates in insurance billing and coding, she exemplifies hard work and determination, making a mark in her chosen field. Her compassionate nature shines through with every patient and she leaves a positive impact on their lives. She embodies a caring and helpful spirit, seeking opportunities to support and uplift those around her.
